Deland Nissan has the best service department. This is all due to Dave the Shop Forman and Aki my service representative. I would absolutely by another vehicle from them for this reason. Thank you Nissan and keep up the good work.

We decided to try DeLand Nissan when purchasing our 4th Nissan vehicle, and we are glad we did. We comparison shopped online on all of the Nissan dealerships in the area. They had the best internet pricing specials and their website was the easiest to navigate. We were greeted immediately by Omar and he gave us the best car purchasing experience we’ve ever had. Our interaction with Chase was excellent as well. Both of these gentlemen were very patient with all of our questions and thorough with their answers. We absolutely LOVE our new Rogue and will definitely use DeLand Nissan for any future car purchases.

Top notch people from Gary our sales rep to Cindy in service and all the people in between. My battery died and I was stuck one call to Gary and he came right out with a jump box and got me safely to the service department. Cindy and the crew got me back on the road in no time. Today was no different I had some clips break off and I sent a text to Gary and he directed me to bring it in where Cindy and the mechanic got it all fixed and out the door in a matter of 20 mins. Best experience ever dealing with a dealership.

Worked with Nick in Sales and Kory in Finance. Saw the Armada that I wanted and corresponded with Nick while I was out of the country. Nick is very professional and has been there for some time. His knowledge and confidence that a deal could get done helped out especially when I was second guessing my decision. There was no pressure from Nick to force into the sale, just provided a voice to bounce ideas off and eased my doubts. Kory in Finance made the paperwork and process fast.

I drove my Pathfinder from NY to FL recently and the decided to get an oil change while in FL. The service team at Deland was able to get me in the same day I called with a decent turnaround time which if you about service, is unheard of in the middle of the day and they even refrigerated my milk for me that I forgot in the car. Great team of folks!!
