Worked with Nick in Sales and Kory in Finance. Saw the Armada that I wanted and corresponded with Nick while I was out of the country. Nick is very professional and has been there for some time. His knowledge and confidence that a deal could get done helped out especially when I was second guessing my decision. I drove my Pathfinder from NY to FL recently and the decided to get an oil change while in FL. The service team at Deland was able to get me in the same day I called with a decent turnaround time which if you about service, is unheard of in the middle of the day and they even refrigerated my milk for me that I forgot in the car. Great team of folks!!

I called and placed an appointment with Omar; I was looking for a used car and was not expected to buy a new one. He offered a good deal that fits our pocket and expectations. The service department takes advantage of elderly people, they lie about the time it takes to service your vehicles, aren't very concerned wit h leaving you stranded for over half the month while they lie about the work that they AREN'T doing. Never again will I ever bring my vehicles to this joke of a service department.

My husband and I just came off a terrible car buying experience with a Chevy dealership in Fort Pierce, FL earlier this year and this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Robert and Chase were wonderful. They did everything they could to make the deal work. They made us feel comfortable and supported. They were honest and hard working. I purchased our new 2019 Rogue here, June 2019. The salesman understood the urgency of my day and accommodated my busy schedule. I dropped off my trade-in, test drove the new Rogue and completed all the paperwork in 3 hours. As part of my new car package I received free car washes and oil changes. I had to have a tire repaired in the first month for screws in the tire. I am probably in the service department weekly for car washes and regular maintenance of our vehicle. I have had the tires rotated twice and two oil changes. I also had the backup camera replaced because of a service bulletin. I had the full car detail here a couple months ago. The service department is air conditioned and alway looks like a showroom. When they take possession of your car they alway put paper mats and plastic on the seats and steering wheel, even when you just come in for a car wash. The people here are always friendly and polite. When scheduling maintenance, I receive a text with my appointment time and scheduled service. I also get a text when I arrive with a link to the real time service updates on my vehicle. The service department has a nice waiting room with TV and comfortable seating. They provide popcorn, water, coffee and donuts for their clients waiting. They have a digital display to let the clients know the progress of the maintenance on their vehicles. The service department is fast and gets the maintenance right the first time. I have never had a wait longer than what was scheduled which is very important to me.

I love the deland Nissan dealership. The staff is knowledgeable, down to earth and super friendly. It's always bright, clean and comfortable in the waiting area. I love sitting down, relaxing and having some coffee while I wait for my car to be serviced. They even have coloring books for your kids!!! Cant see myself going anywhere else for my car/service needs.

Met with Gary Coleman to trade in my Titan XD diesel. Walked out with a 24’ Pro4x. The service was great. Had a trade in price on my Truck within 10 minutes. I can see why Gary has been there for over 30 years. He’s a great guy and truly cares about his customers. Kory in finance was very easy to work with. Overall my experience was great and wife was impressed when she stopped by to be greeted by the GM. I've used them for service in the past, however this was my first new purchase from them. If I could give no stars I would. Went in to have my ABS Module replacement on my car and they called me same day and said their “master tech” fried it and didn’t know how… DAYS later with no rental car or loaner car come to find it they fried my ECU. They lied to my face and said they told me over the phone it was the ECU. After talking to multiple employees over the phone that same day and they all kept saying the same thing they were indeed lying to me.They replaced the ECU with a USED ONE FROM EBAY and I was told has no warranty on it 😌 Very more lovely my problem never got solved. So needless to say I will NEVER be going back here ever.

After dealing with a nightmare at another dealership, I didn’t have high hopes when I needed service for my Nissan. The team at Deland Nissan was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the first call made. They got me in quickly, kindly took me to work and did the repair all while I was at work. No waiting around. They even washed the car for me! That was something I definitely wasn’t expecting. I’m so glad I gave them a try and will continue to go back to them for future visits!

Realized tire pressure was significantly above recommended psi. Front tires 37 back 36. Recommend 33. I had to fix this issue. I don’t feel this is safe for my tires.

Deland has never failed giving the fastest and best service. Very impressed! One thing I would suggest is to alter one of the doors in the sales area. When I was talking to someone in sales one of the doors slamed extremely loud. You might not want to scare the customers like you did me.

The manager and my tech Advisor at DeLand Nissan went above and beyond to make my awful experience and treatment at Universal Nissan something not to expect with Deland Nissan, they treated me like a valuable Nissan customer and ensured my brakes and rotors were inspected covered and replaced as they should have been at Universal Nissan but they had refused- night and day treatment- DeLand Nissan will always have my business and universal Nissan I won’t step foot in again- my tires have dry rot and it wasn’t caught in the Nissan certified pre owned car check/ it’s been difficult thanks to universal Nissan but the people at DeLand give me hope I didn’t make a mistake getting into a Nissan vehicle

Bought my suv here. The process was fine. Howefer....6 months latervi took my car back for oil change. They told me I had a nail in each back tire and gave me quote of 400 to replace a tire and repaid another. I don't have 400 dollars so I made appointment at a cheaper place and took a day off. I also cancelled my weekend ans since it was driving far. The other place told me I had zero...not one nail in any of my tires and refused service. They removed them all...put them in water....inspected them off rim...and nith8ng. They could have easily foexed tired and not told me but we're honest. I'm guessing nissan thought that since my little boy was with .e I'd nit question tites and reace them. Never going back and never buying car from this location agsin.

I was in the market for a Hyundai Tucson. I had searched for days for a dealership that didn’t tack on those nebulous “reconditioning fees” or “advantage plans.” I found one at DeLand Nissan that was within my price range, if a suitable interest rate could be achieved on the part being financed. The salesperson was prompt in getting me a buyer’s sheet. Looked good. No surprises. I was passed off to the person who would work out the financing. He made it clear that they did not like working with outside lenders. I knew my preferred lender would give me the best rate, but if one of their banks would match it, okay. For two days we went back and forth: me, my lender, the salesperson and his lenders. The morning of Day 2, I had my lender’s offer and sent it to Deland Nissan with this exact text, “Good morning. If the Hyundai Tucson is still available, will one of your lenders match this? Thanks.” (Please don’t overlook the first part of that text.) However, the exact reply from Deland Nissan was, “Are they aware of the year and mileage of the car? I don’t see it stated anywhere.” The buyer’s order is what my lender used to make the auto loan in the first place. I said, “I hope you don’t think I lied to them.” He said that wasn’t what he was implying, but what would you think? Despite this, we pressed forward. Another text from the salesperson, “If I can get the rate, when can you pick up the car?” I replied that I could be there in two hours as I live almost 100 miles away. Perfect was the reply. Finally, a call came in – their lender not only matched the rate, they beat it. Hurray! We had a deal. Then came the sending of IDs and insurance. All good and I grabbed my purse and keys and headed out the door. Before I got out of the driveway, my phone rang. It was the first salesperson saying he was very sorry but the Hyundai Tucson had gone to auction the day before. I was LIVID. Two days of negotiations, loads of anxiety, a flurry of emails, calls and texts, not to mention I got nothing else much done while all this was going on and the car isn’t even there anymore?! At that point, no amount of hollow apologies would quell how angry I was at the complete incompetence of their system breakdown. And while you might think, well they worked hard to get you a deal, did they? There was no car to be had. So, buyer beware. Demand continued proof of existence of anything you are buying from DeLand Nissan or you might be wasting your time like I did.
