Wow, wow, wow where do I start I had an amazing experience at Nissan DeLand. I worked with two amazing people which ended my pain and suffering. Brooke was my sales rep and Gab who is the finance manager were truly heaven since. Both went over and beyond to help make my dream come true. Brooke help me find a car that love and and Gab made sure it fit in my budget. They were not pushy and all my transactions were done over the phone and when it was time for me to pick the car they made sure I got to the dealership since I didn't have a vehicle. The staff is friendly and welcoming and anyone I have spoken to is always ready to assist me. They're so admirable, I didn't hesitate to reach out to them when I suddenly needed to buy another car. Omar, the salesman, and Chase, the manager, not only represent Nissan in fine fashion, they go above and beyond in explaining whatever I question.

This is a popular dealer in my central Florida for sure! Fantastic sales team! However, they also have an awesome service team! Without Mike’s ethical, vigorous and unrelenting determination in this situation, we would have been out of luck on a high dollar repair to our Altima. 5-star salesperson, 5-star financing, 1-star service. This is the first time I've bought a used vehicle, a 2017 Nissan Titan Pro 4X, inspected and certified at 101 points, including the remote access system, specifically the driver's door. It doesn't work; it won't lock or unlock with the remote. Since I already took the vehicle, the dealer is washing their hands of it, and if I want it fixed, I have to pay $680.00. How about that? That's how you ruin a good reputation. Thanks, Carlos
