Wow, great experience all around at DeLand Nissan. I was looking for my next pickup truck and had been a Ford fan, but DeLand Nissan won me over. I worked with Sales Matthias Lessen. He was knowledgeable, low pressure and a pleasure to talk with. Nissan offers an excellent product with great reviews at much better prices than their competitors. Mat Lenssen was excellent to work with in the purchase of my new Nissan Rogue Platinum. He was diligent but never aggressive. Both he and Gabe went above and beyond to accommodate me and we were able to negotiate a deal. Although the specific color scheme was not in their inventory, they obtained one and had it on their lot the next day. Mat personally went to get it. First impressions were excellent and I highly recommend both Mat/Gabe and Deland Nissan.

Mat Lenssen went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had a very specific color combination of a Nissan Rogue Platinum and although they didn't have one in stock, he and his finance manager, Gabe, found one in xx.Augustine and had it in their dealership the next day. No other Orlando area dealership made this happen. Mat was not pushing but he was diligent, professional and respective. Omar and the other staff did an amazing job of helping us purchase the Rogue. My Mom had a medical emergency in the middle of everything and Omar made a point of checking in on her with me. Gage was also kind and supportive. I love everything about this experience!

Went to DeLand for service on another vehicle and decided to walk around and take a look at the dealership's inventory. Was in need of a vehicle with good gas mileage, safety, and comfort. Our whole sales experience with the land Nissan was terrific from our sales person Omar Rhonda down to the finance person Gage. We definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation.

After shopping around south Florida for a work truck. I settled on the Nissan Frontier, because of the normal engine. Only problem is dealers are pushing the pro x package at 40+k. My mom lives in DeLand Fl and said to check out the Nissan dealer here. “The guys at church recommend them”. I called up and spoke to Nathanael. I asked about the frontiers and what the price was out the door. He put everything together and emailed me invoice. I said I will take it. The only problem is my car is dead and I have to find a way to travel 250 miles, about a 4-hour drive to DeLand. Nathanael checked with his manager, and they agreed he would deliver the truck on Tuesday afternoon. At 1230 Tuesday he showed up, signed all the paperwork. I can confidently say DeLand Nissan and Nathanael delivered the best car-buying experience I’ve had hands down. From start to finish.

Total score is a 4.5. The service center has been attentive to my requests. An occurrence involving an open engine oil cap caused oil to spill all over a family member's driveway; 50 miles away. Luckily, I discovered it and added oil. Someone with authority offered to have the driveway pressure washed. I declined. Aside from this occurrence, they have completed my requests. My vehicle has responded well over the years. I've purchased a new Mazda, trading in my Nissan. It's been a mostly good experience with DeLand Nissan over 6 years.

Brooke was extremely kind, helpful and went the extra mile to help out. My only con was that I felt rushed to sign papers before having all the payment information. Although the gentleman was also extremely nice and helpful.
