“ Total score is a 4.5. The service center has been attentive to my requests. An occurrence involving an open engine oil cap caused oil to spill all over a family member's driveway; 50 miles away. Luckily, I discovered it and added oil. Someone with authority offered to have the driveway pressure washed. I declined. Aside from this occurrence, they have completed my requests. My vehicle has responded well over the years. I've purchased a new Mazda, trading in my Nissan. It's been a mostly good experience with DeLand Nissan over 6 years. ”
