Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to meet with me this evening.I wanted to follow up with you in writing regarding my business with your establishment. As you may remember, I purchased three vehicles in the last twelve months from you Deland Nissan. Ron Mustardo and Ryan Hopkins have been my Sales Consultants each time; and by far, they are the best in the business. They are professional, courteous, caring, and most of all, they treat me like family. Surely, you can imagine how valuable this is to a customer.

Alex and Sean have processed my financials and they always do their best to find the appropriate financing options. I'm sure this was a difficult feat for them, as I elected to not put any money own on two of the transactions. Regardless of the hassles they encountered with the financial institutions, they always greet me with a smile and they're happy to answer any question I have.

In addition to these stellar employees, I'd also like to commend your Service Department. Jennifer has always been my 'go-to.' She's prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable, What I appreciate most is that she is very honest about the time frame it will take to service my truck; and she keeps me updated during that time.

I am expecting to receive an emailed survey in the next week or so; but in the meantime, I wanted you to personally know that these employees deserve more than the ten stars I will be limited to administering. In my book, they should all be classified as 'off the charts!'
